Leadership Perspectives

IMG_6761The Leadership Perspectives series is the SMF’s premier event and is also the one that gains the most publicity on campus. It occurs on an annual basis with the inaugural event having been held in February 2014. Each event in the series brings together a range of esteemed business leaders from across the globe to discuss a particular topic in a panel discussion format.

The event, which is held under Chatham House rules, was founded to give our members insight into how management and leadership theory converges with practice. Speakers give an address on a topic with which they identify within the current years theme. A chairperson then facilitates a discussion between the panelists and the audience. Prior to the event, a small networking drinks is hosted for SMF members and supporters, panelists, and event sponsors.

The discussion is highly interactive, allowing the audience to engage and ask questions about the panelists’ experiences. If you would like to learn more about the event, please contact the Event Co-ordinator at laura.gallagher@trinitysmf.com.
